Due to franchise agreements, the list of discount providers will change from time to time and may also vary from region to region. If a merchant does not recognize the Zcard name, show them the Access logo on the back of your Zcard, and/or have them call the toll free number on the back of the card (1-888-438-2319) to verify participation.

Zcard cannot make any guarantees of savings or performance of products and/or services provided by its merchant providers, but assumes all are interested in maintaining good customer rapport, and will provide satisfactory service.

Privacy Policy
The information gathered on the Zcard website, or directly from customers or prospective customers through the sale efforts of the Zcard and/or any privately labeled cards using this system and program, shall always remain the property of CRMG, LLC. As such, only CRMG, LLC will have access to that information, and under no circumstances shall the information collected be shared with other groups, companies, or third parties.

When being contacted via e-mail and through this system and program, the mention of myZcard or Zcard will always appear, usually along with mention of CRMG, LLC.

CRMG, LLC is the provider of the technology platform and the benefits being provided on the myZcard product.

At such time the system and program are no longer being used by myZcard, the information contained inside the system as collected will be deleted from the CRMG, LLC system within a reasonable period of time following the termination of the use of the system by myZcard.

The employees of CRMG, LLC have signed a Confidentiality Agreement with respect to the confidentiality of the information received from the system.
